In Bariloche, Argentina the South American Presidents attack plans for US bases in Columbia at summit on Friday, and issued a statement caution "foreign military forces" against bullying national sovereignty.
Declaration warned that foreign military forces must not menace sovereignty and integrity of a South American country and in consequence regional peace and stability.
